I would want to say something along the lines of "if you want to go there, your your dog desperately looks like he needs a bath... Using the dogs as an example what if another dog came tearing up to Jack jumping on him and actually hurting him and the owner just shrugged their shoulders? My reaction would be firstly put my boot up the other dogs butt and then to tell the owner off. What do you think?
