I think it would be safe to say that I’m an organised person. Ok, truth be told I’m a bit of a neat freak. I like things in order and yes I like things labelled.
I’ve become somewhat relaxed about the whole tidy house thing since Miss Sophie came along, because as any Mum will know, to have a tidy house 100% of the time is just not possible. Now I aim for a tidy house at least once a week!
But let’s get back to the labelling bit. When Sophie started on bottles, the highlight was being able to whip out the gorgeous labels Sophie got as a present and label all her bottles.
Then a couple of weeks ago label company Bright Star Kids approached me and asked if it’d like to try some of their labels. Um, let me think about that… YES PLEASE!!
So I jumped on their website and was very relieved at how easy it is to use. But I warn you. Make sure you have enough time set aside, because it’s so hard to choose!! All the little pictures to go on the kids name labels are gorgeous! There’s a lovely range of colours too.
So I chose the Round Labels Value Kit. It came with 2 great sizes of round stick on labels and 2 sheets of iron on clothing labels. And after much deliberation we went with the hot pink and the cupcake picture. I loved the round shape as something different, and they fit perfectly on Sophie’s little food containers and even her bottle lids. And while Sophie isn’t at preschool or daycare yet, we do go to Mother’s Group once a week and are always having playdates with friends and their kiddies so it’s easy for things to get mixed up.
All the labels have survived numerous washing up’s and the iron on labels have survived the tumbles in the washing machine.
I would definitely recommend the labels to anyone looking to jazz up their kids bits and pieces and be organised at the same time! I’m also looking forward to checking out their wall sticker range later in the year when we start thinking about decking out the rumpus room for Sophie!
Disclosure: I received the label pack complimentary thanks to Bright Star Kids. No financial payment was offered nor accepted for this post. All opinions expressed are my own.
