You like pink?! REALLY? No...seriously...you're kidding me.. (hahahahaha...)

Pretty much every mother I know wanted twins before they had kids. Then they had 1 and thought "Oh my God NO THANK YOU!"

But if you had them first, you wouldn't think anything of it. It would be what you know.

I like the random thing. I've thought about posting something similar at some stage - may still do that some time! xxx

Geez bad break with the hazelnut allergy. At least there are still scorched almonds. And just good old everyday chocolate come to think of it. Getting the shits totally made me laugh too. Loved this. I think we are all a bit random. I for instance, cannot drink Orange Juice with bits in it. Freakazoid.

I love it! I'm so glad you 'borrowed' the idea!!

I always wanted twins, too. Never got them, and won't now. Oh well, I have two, just not twins.

And your struggle with 'brureau' made me giggle. Tehehehe

Ha-ha, I like your issue with the word ‘bureau’. I, too, have struggled with that one. Which leads me into me first totally random thing about me...

1. I've always fancied myself a bit of a wordsmith but every time my 'word of the day' arrives I realise just how little I actually know.
And there's a list of probably 20 words that I wish I could use in public (to sound smart) but I hate being caught out pronouncing something incorrectly (cos then I don't sound smart). Three of those "scary" words are: bourgeoise, ecclesiastic, apocryphal.

2. Around the age of 8 I began to rebel against having to share living space with my brothers (one older, one younger) so I made my own "living space" inside a cardboard box which I wore on my head, around the house.
I lined the interior with wallpaper (contact paper) and made tiny material curtains for the "windows". I would watch TV out the front "windows" of my house - but always with my peripheral vision trained on the 'side windows' to keep watch on those bothersome brothers of mine.

3. I'm one of those people who HAS to have tunes playing in order to work out. But I've realised in recent years that my greatest motivation to exercise hard is showing off.
I give myself the lamest workouts when no one is watching, but give me a small crowd - or even one old lady on a treadmill next to mine - and I DEVASTATE the "competition".

4. The older I get, the more often I cry. And mostly I cry over animals (especially animals in RSPCA ads, with cute little bandages around their limbs) and John Farnham songs.

5. Launching my own business has been the most fulfilling thing I've ever done but every now and again I get knots in my stomach at the thought I may be sacrificing my chance at marriage and babies - because of the financial stability required to achieve both those things.

I'm going to wrap mine up at 5; can almost feel the waterworks coming on (ha-ha). Good post idea Ami. This was my first time here, but I'll definitely be back!
